No it actually is a replica, I saw the same car and it has Wilwood brakes which are was newer brake common in drag racing. It’s a superformance gt40r continuation and that’s why it’s allowed to have historic plates, it is considered a just restarting the production of the classic gt40. http://www.exoticspotter.com/ford-gt-pleasanton-california-280442
