Another reason I might be so successful at it, is that real estate in my area is very prime and expensive so instead of wide open lots most places that are open to the public and offer shopping, services etc. have to build up instead of out so most people don't have a choice but to park in the garages except for a few hard to get outdoor spaces

Phipps plaza here in Atlanta gets a lot of general parking. The spaces are really tight too.

I am just the opposite, I really need to check the garages more. My opinion has not changed though the 360 is just a beautiful car.
