    The Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Mansory Empire Edition, this is the only one in the world. It has a full blue carbon body, blue rims, and everything is tinted blue. Apparently is was also tuned to about 1336bhp by Mansory!

@texascar what do you mean? I'd assume that this car would get quite a bit of attention in Dubai so the owner probably brought ropes with him and put them around the car or if he didn't do it maybe it was done for him by valet. Also, @linuskastner doesn't post photoshoots or anything like that on here, only completely legitimate spot so why would this be any different?
