Bugatti Veyron spotted in Dubai, United Arab Emirates

    The Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Mansory Empire Edition, this is the only one in the world. It has a full blue carbon body, blue rims, and everything is tinted blue. Apparently is was also tuned to about 1336bhp by Mansory!
