Might be something from Pur Sang. They make Bugatti replicas in Argentina. I know that is not a Bugatti.. This thing is small like Caterham small. It's more from the late 50s or 60s. That exhaust is pretty pathetic must be a small 4cyl in it. That's an odd rear end on it for a Caterham clone.

I looked up the allard and I don't think it is. The rear of the car only has one angle.
