    Not sure if this is acceptable or not, but here is a satin gray wrapped Range Rover Sport SVR. This was spotted outside CityCenter and one of the reasons I am posting this is because of the extremely rare license plate. It’s a DC low number plate which is apparently given out by the mayor and is one of the rarest plates in the USA!

Thanks! I love the way these low number plates look! I once saw an orange Huracan Spider on U street with one of these plates but couldn’t get a picture (it was also raining and the driver had the top down lol, and he was speeding like he was in a rush). I also saw a matte black G63 AMG with plate 202 multiple times, and 202 is a very desirable number as it is DC’s phone code. Also, according to some people who live in Georgetown, there is a 911 Turbo with a low digit plate “911” that is local to the Georgetown area xD. Hope I see that sometime.
