Plus, the side vent on the BS has one line coming out from it, this has two.

Its not a black series. It has the correct wing, but if you notice in the bumper, the exhaust are circular, whereas the BS's exhaust are squared. Plus on the BS there is a splitter under the exhaust, where as this has none. Plus, there should be details around the license plate area, where as these are just flat. Plus, it just doesnt seem wide enough to be a BS. That, and if you notice, the area under the door of the BS is flared out, as shown here.
