    Plates say W12BENT. This Continental GTC is flashy as can be. Some people live by the motto "if you've got it, flaunt it" Owner was really cool though and gave me a thumbs up and floored it for me.

That's what I thought at first, but one day I saw it with chrome wheels and a couple day later with black rims, then a week later with chrome rims again. I don't know why they would change it so often.

I'm guessing the one you spotted is, based on the black wheels and rear splitter, but it's hard to tell without a view of the front.
