I'm not exactly sure actually. There's a pretty big race track in Watkins Glen and there were 2 exiges i saw and both had the racing set-up. But i was just driving through and i saw them both at two connectedish apartment buildings with the owners sitting on their seperate porches. Could've also been both, the owners might live there so they could enter into the races often.
