    Re-edit of a cool little Elise parked at a medical office around the corner from my grandmother's house. When I posted this a few years ago, I hadn't really learned how to edit pictures, so I wanted to give this a try. I'll delete the old upload once this one posts. I used to see this parked here all the time, but I guess he works somewhere else now because I've seen it on 485 a couple times since, but not at this office.

This is actually a normal Elise with the roof off! I believe all Elises except maybe one or two special edition models came with removable hardtops. A softtop was available as well, and was more practical because it could be rolled up and stashed in the trunk. The hardtop was more robust but had to be stored remotely away from the car when removed. I suspect the owner had the top off because it's much, much, MUCH easier to get in and out of the car with the roof off.
