That's a 1960-1965 Ferrari 250 GTE. It could also be a 330 America, which is virtually identical to it. They're beautiful cars but they're certainly not as rare as a lot of vintage Ferraris. However, that car is GORGEOUS.

It is. There was a vintage Ferrari badge on it, and it had vintage NY plates. I think it might be original
