It's a really rare car that is built from Lucra Automotive. They only cost $95,000 but are being built in very limited numbers. It passed me on its way to Monterey Car Week last August as I was driving by the Downers Grove Culver's. Unfortunately it was going the other way and by the time I got my phone out it was gone. Haven't seen it since, but you might see one this year at MCW.
