Agreed. I don't understand this site sometimes. I can post a very nice shot of a random exotic, and it barely gets any attention. During the same day, someone posted a flame-spitting Aventador from Monaco (which was later ruled a photoshoot and taken down). That shot had 80+ likes within just a couple of hours.

My point is this, if that many people came here to "like" that Aventador shot, do those same 80+ people just completely ignore everything else that is on this site? It sure seems that way. The other shots on that same page barely received much attention at all.

Anyways, just an unbiased observation.

+1 couldn't of said it any better!!

Not being cocky or anything, but most of my pictures I've uploaded lately, should have got more likes :(

Well what would be useful is more interactive members internationally. I think a Majority of our members are from the U.S. And as a result of that they're on later in the day because during the day we have work and school. If we had more international members the users would be on a different times. But I think the site would benefit from more users in general. Plus say 5 people make accounts everyday. usually only 1 out of those 5 accounts is active on a regular basis.

Definetly agrre with that^^. A couple of my friends have made an acount and they stopped using it withing months. Also some people never post any pictures. People should have to qualify to make an account.

I mean you post the quality you want. Your quality reflects on you. Its not exotic photographer. Its exotic spotter. Some people don't have an interest in buying a camera just for cars.

There's WAY too many people who haven't been on for months or years. That's the issue.

sh*t photos bury good photos
nobody wants to see sh*t photos, but people feel the need to upload all the sh*t they have often in one go
same goes for the car itself, nobody wants to see the boring cars we see all the time

Well a couple of users have gotten banned, so that definitely doesn't help. I'm beginning to worry that the site is becoming more populated by really good photographers who want to upload their photos but don't want to check out anyone else's (and if they do view any other spots, it's usually some insanely rare car that many of us would be lucky to ever see in our lifetime).

If we need more users then we have to find a way to get them. Not everyone who likes cars and takes pictures of them googles exoticspotter.

I keep meaning to post but don't for this very reason.

More members means more likes but with those likes comes more arguements and childish behavior (because the people who keep joining are children).

Exactly, what I usually do is just click all and open what interests me in another tab. I don't usually like looking at boring stuff that I see on a regular basis or terrible photos. And it also gets boring seeing the same car abunch of times on the same page (example: right now theres like 10 gallardos on the featured page)
