That's a terrible idea, I must say. I see a couple of outcomes here from that: One, you boycott posting, leave the site, and then the site dies because no one does anything. Two, you just stop using the site and are simply replaced by others who do actually use it.
Does anyone ever message the admins concerning suggestions or things like that? Or does everyone just leave their thoughts on forum posts expecting the admins to read them? If it is the second one, that's going to get you nowhere. If you have ideas concerning the site, actually take a more direct approach concerning them. And even if the ideas haven't happened immediately, it may be possible they're working to put them in place. Doing some of those suggestions takes time and effort.

The point is that this is an exotic spotter sharing site, and it has gotten stale. What's the point in logging in and sharing a shot if no one will bother to appreciate it? See where I'm going with this?
Theres no point in taking shots and going spotting if you have no one or no where to share it with. Yes theres flickr,tumblr,instagram etc… But those aren't strictly car people.

For f*ck's sake, would it hurt to stop whining for once? If you are unhappy with the site, just leave then, because it's you that's causing all of the issues we have here. Don't blame the moderators here, do you know how hard it is to keep a site under control, especially one that's infested with 14 year olds? Look, I'm no model citizen either, but I would just relax and do what this site was made for you to do.

After revisiting this post after a while, I thought the same thing. Quite a lot of people have replied to this post so far, but nobody has actually really done anything. Also, I'd like to remind you again that likes and attention aren't the only thing that matter. Before I discovered this site my photos got almost literally no attention at all, so I was perfectly content when my first photo got over 10 likes. I always just liked having a collection of my photos somewhere as well, where I could go over all the cars I've seen. The fact that people care enough about spotting to make an entire website about it is a good enough reason to post photos here in my book.

Ive contacted so many people off instagram to join this site and like only one r two actually have gotten around too it. But still, Exotic Spotter is one of the most well known spotting websites out there and spotting is such a "new" and unique thing in terms of a hobby so it will take a little time. I do agree though. When im bored in class and when Im driving ill check this website and theres always the same pictures on here for a few hours at a time.

I'm not one to complain or anything, just putting a general observation out there; I have recently noticed some people (won't say who) who complain when their shots "don't get enough likes" or "didn't get any comments", and yet they rarely like or comment at all. And although generally most of today's shots on ES aren't getting as many likes as before, my attitude is, if you want to have high-rated photos, go out there and do the same for other people. Anyway, I do believe we could use a few more active members, not that there's anything wrong with the site today (in my opinion). Thoughts/opinions?

i check this site every day/night and try to share my thoughts within the forums, i love the community on here! and even though i dont post much (and what i have posted wasn't the best) i love coming on here and seeing the creativity and diversity of cars and people out there. I really do wish that more people would give this site a chance, and as for trolls... ban them all please!!!
