I always think of spotting like a fishing story. Every city like Beverly Hills, Monaco. Miami, Dallas has a place to spot cars as we know some areas are better than others but I always feel that Car Weeks is like fishing in a spectacular aquarium filled with the rarest fish.

Well it's mainly because of Monterey Car Week, but I would imagine that some people live there but I've never seen anything else there outside of that week.
