When I was going to Carowinds earlier, I saw a Corvette ZR1 while waiting in a turn lane. Then, on the way back, I saw a Bentley Continental GT Convertible. Couldn't react in time to get any pics though : (

Same here. I saw an 2005ish Audi RS6 Sedan drive past me in the opposite direction on NC 49, but I haven't seen anything else yet. I am hoping to go uptown on Friday night to do some car spotting. (But then again, I've been trying to do that for months and I can't ever get up there).

I can't tell you how many I've missed there, either noticing them to late or they go by to quickly.

I'll be in Charlotte this week. I know I'll see some good cars, just a matter of actually getting pictures of them!

Nothing to special. Lots of X5s and G-classes, I was only there for one night though. The one in Atlanta is crazy but I haven't been there in a few years.

Dang. Did you see anything in the parking deck? They always have a guard there, so I don't try to enter it, lol.

This is the guy who owns the LFA: http://www.nndb.com/people/408/000177874/ and yeah, I stay at that Ritz Carlton when we go to Charlotte. I was there two weeks ago but all I saw was a 911 (leaving) and a Panamera so I didn't really try to get any shots. I'm going to Angus Barn tonight so maybe I'll see something there.

I've never even gotten a picture of one...I've seen a bunch of Vipers though!

I usually have luck on Friday nights; I walked around Charlotte for nearly six hours, and all I saw was a Ferrari 458 Italia (in a concealed parking garage at that, lol). I didn't ever post pics of it because they weren't very good (had to sneak pics in from a crack above the windows). I wish there was a good hotel in Raleigh for spotting; there is one in Charlotte called the Ritz Carlton, and while I haven't seen a lot there, I am not over there very much. There was a 2013 Ferrari FF sitting in the drop off area once!

Nice! I've only seen two Vipers since I joined ES actually, and both of them were owned by the same person lol. Make sure you go on a weekend with good weather, thats your best bet to see it. He has an M6 convertible as a DD but I'm over there all the time and I've hold seen it once, going about 80.

AN LFA?!?!?! WUUUUUT???

I HAVE to make it up there soon!!!

I saw a Dodge Viper GTS yesterday. It was an older one, saw it on Hwy 401 near Ten-Ten Rd. Thought you might like to know. Didn't get any pix of it, but it was red and it was a coupe.

Yeah, I've only been their once before I was a ES member. I might try and go before summer is over. If you're ever in Durham, I had a tennis match in Hopevalley country club and saw a Panamera, an old 911, an R8, and tons of very nice but not quite ES worthy cars. Then my girlfriend lives in Treyburn country club and there is an LFA (I've only seen it fly by once), an M6, and a GT-R (her dad's). Plus I'm sure there are so more. Finally, there is here: http://goo.gl/maps/Y9wkG I'm not sure what its called but from the size of the houses and the fact a few NASCAR people live there I'm sure there are exotics, its gated though.

I'm not up on Falls of the Neuse Rd. much, but I'll definitely keep my eyes open. Usually Friday nights are good, but I'm not out much on Friday nights. I wish I could make it to North Hills or somewhere like that, but my mom doesn't really like going up there.

Yea, I'm not sure why its in High Point. Spotting wise I have the best luck on falls of the neuse road, Ravens Ridge Run, Durant Road, and Creedmoor road. I have a friend who lives in the Barony Estates and the worst car I've ever seen in there is a brand new Mustang Boss, unfortunately that neighborhood is gated. I usually see lower end exotics around Crabtree but traffic prevents good spots. I've discovered it really depends on the day in Raleigh. When the weather is right there is Ferraris everywhere, but when it rains you don't see anything nicer than a Corvette.

That's unfortunate. I haven't ever been the the Bentley dealer; I'm surprised there would be one in High Point instead of Greensboro, Raleigh or Charlotte.

I seem to be struggling to find good reliable spotting areas in Raleigh. Know of any good places?

The owner of the car. He was in the waiting room with us. Yeah, I see allot of them to. I'm not sure why they're so popular, the nearest dealer is High Point and its not a very nice one.

Thanks!

I'm confused: who said not to take any pix? Your dad or the owner?

I hadn't ever seen this one before, although there are a bunch of Coupe GT's in Raleigh. There is a 2013 Continental GT running around the Cary area; it's white and I've seen it once (so far).
