    This is the 2005 Valmet Raceabout, the only one in the world. I figure it being on the road might have something to do with the recent introduction of the 2010 Valmet ERA (Electric Raceabout), though when I asked the reason, the driver simply said it was a hot day so they were on the way to get some ice cream.
