    Second Rolls-Royce DHC! And it's the exact same car as the first. This sexy beast is known to roam around the Maryland and Virginia areas often, for my friend saw it twice in the Kentlands in Maryland as well and me seeing it at Tyson's twice. This time it was parked at the Ritz-Carlton with the owner nowhere to be found. The ladies in the back were confused as to what I was doing.
