    The perfect plate/car combination. I caught up with the friendly owner of this, who told me that he actually bought the car, just to own the plate, and that coincidentally, the plate letter combination is the same as his wife's name initials. The owner did have the cheek to ask me if i had any spare change for parking, as he was short of change....
