The yellow headlamps are standard issue in France. But if you mean the fog lamps under the bumper. Those are not only an incorrect brand, but are not placed in the correct position on a R-R of this era. And once again, the "wedding white" paint concept is shown to particularly bad effect on this car, with the bumpers etc. all painted white.
