    So apparently I'm the only person who didn't know these were a thing. My roommate and I took a day trip to DC yesterday from Raleigh, NC. We were headed over to Georgetown University to check out the school grounds when we found these after walking up the Exorcist Stairs. Turns out the owner daily drives cars of this caliber a lot, and he was planning to leave the 918 out for an entire week as he was leaving for a business trip.

@PotomacSpotter I know right! According to the Georgetown neighborhood forum it’s one of the coolest houses in Georgetown and is extra modern on the inside. I checked Zillow and the house is worth around 4.5 million.

@racemanryan huh interesting. I’m pretty sure the owner is Newton Howard because those spaces appear to be reserved and are in front of his house. It could be someone else though.

@PotomacSpotter from what I've heard, he doesn't use that garage for them. He just street parks all of them. He has a house elsewhere though.

@TEZILLA thanks for the info! I'd definitely keep checking his place, some of the locals said he has a P1 now and quite a few new cars.

Amazing spot! I once spotted his Carrera GT, but never his 918. I even have photos of it on this site. The owner is Dr. Newton Howard and he is a research professor at Georgetown University who studies Neuroscience and AI.
