Porsche 911 Turbo spotted in DTC, Colorado

Details on This Porsche 911 Turbo:

    So I saw this GT2 today and it was definitely a special edition of some sort. The badge name on the back was also really long, it didn't just say "GT2" or "GT2RS" Any Ideas? please help.

This could easily be a 911 GT2 Techart, but with a carbon spoiler. Owners have the option to change any part on their car, so maybe he didn't like the Techart wing mirrors, so he didn't get them. There are a variety of options for people to choose on their car, so maybe this is the Techart without the Mirrors.

The skirts are what they are referring too. The skirts on this aren't flared like the skirts on the real GT2.

I agree with YLO now... The thing (don't know what it is called but it is for aerodynamics and it is on the side) on this is not the same as the GT2, and all of the mod tuners do not do anything like that as far as I am aware. If it is not any of these tuners listed in the description, then there is no way that this can be a GT2.
