You guys should search for Nebraska or Omaha on this site and see the insane cars that are spotted out here. When I loved here I didn't think there would be much either but I was proven wrong very fast. There are some amazing cars in this state.

I'm pretty sure it's paint and not a wrap but it's just a guess. I love the color either way.
