    Spotted this while in Rome earlier this year and I'm posting it hoping someone can tell me what it is. I've never seen one before this and this was the only one I saw when I was there, but I don't know if it's rare or exotic or whatever. (Looks like a Smart had a baby with an Aeriel Atom!)

I managed to enhance the original photo and read the script along the back. It's a Ligier Be Up, manufactured in France and considered a "quadricycle," which I assume basically means four-wheel motorcycle.
