technically its the owner getting in his car and driving away from an organized event, if i was to put the picture of the car on stage while being auctioned off, yes it would be illegitimate rather it's in a "grey area" of legality. Also it can be clearly derived from other comments that the photo does belong on this website, but thanks for repeating what was stated four comments below.

Only problem with this spot though is that it's actually inside the auction building making it not a completely legit spot although an amazing car.
