@flaco: There are sooo many exotics here coz people here are filthy rich! Primarily coz UAE has Oil (though Dubai doesn't, it makes money through tourism/real estate/business investments). And yes, English is extremely common, nearly everyone speaks/understands english here.

@racemanryan: Nope, but I do wanna visit it someday, along with Monaco :D
