Visually, not really. I did notice the rear engine hatch on the 540C was paint-matched whereas the 570S was black, though I don't know if you can spec the 570S the same way. The 540C is considered entry-level, so the specs on the speed, etc. show that it is less powerful than its predecessor. It is considered a variation of the 570S; that's why they are so similar.

@Lamborarri When looking at the back the 570S' diffuser is more aggressive, with more 'fins'. The 540C only has 6 fins whereas the 570S has 8 fins.
