This shot makes me realize how seldom (ever, never?) a person is actually featured in the auto photos. The person serves several functions. He provides some motion & animation to the scene while the cars remain stationary. He aids the composition with his placement between the 2 cars, and his red overalls extend the use and reach of red. He provides a human, organic component to an otherwise industrial, mechanical environment. He is moving, breathing, carrying. He also provides the possibility of a narrative, interacting with the car, one & 1/2 guys lurking in the background. Automobiles by themselves tend not to inspire narratives. Nice photo & excellent composition. A lot going on here, much to muse about.
