That's true, it's got no rear spoiler, but it is not missing it, not all of these Countach's had a rear spoiler some of them were without the spoiler.

Yes, don't know iff there were replica Countache's in the early ninetees. the model above is a 25th aniversary model built between '88 and '90, the last Countach model built.
