@DJHerbert, it isn't a requirement for it to be legal on NZ roads as almost all other Countach's in NZ are without the US spec bumpers. This must have been a US import. I remember mentioning that he can remove the bumpers to the owner two years back, but he said he quite likes them. Why, I don't know, but hey, each to their own.
