Yeah, something about this photo made the sky and the tops of the buildings come out terrible on ES. That's why I always link to the Flickr version.

I actually downloaded the 640x427 version from my own Flickr. Before that, I uploaded the original and then took it down immediately because I wasn't impressed with the quality. Even though I uploaded the smaller version, it still looks the same.

I've been seeing some pretty high quality photos on this site still. Should I maybe try a different file type?

Also, this shot does look a bit better on my laptop (chromebook), but it's still very grainy on my desktop, which is way nicer.

Otherwise, no, I don't know a way. It seems like the quality has been getting worse and worse.
