@VolvoMan05 I didn't know if you were being sarcastic in your description, that's all. I see now that it was not sarcasm, so wow, that's stupid. I do not see why you would not be allowed to stroll into a public parking garage. And what's wrong with taking photos? Luckily I've never had one of those situations, but I'm sure it will happen eventually.
