Some buddies and I may be heading to Chicago in the next few weeks; hopefully the car is still there in Barrington because I'll definitely make the detour as that's probably a once-in-a-lifetime chance of seeing the 220.

The XJ220 was one of my automotive obsessions growing up in the '90's. I've never seen one before and it's on my list of cars to see at least once before I die (along with an EB110 and a standard Mac F1 (I've seen a GTR but never the roadcar before)). If I don't see that one, I'll probably never see one.

@qcramair: There's a silver XJ220 for sale in Barrington, IL right now, that's only about 3 hours from the Quad Cities. There's only a handful in the states, I'm half tempted to drive down there and check it out myself or I might never see one! Lucky spot Lamboman. Love it.

Tbh Andrew I know of 7 lamborghinis ,.9 ferrars, 4 Or 5 Ford gts and abunch of bentleys maseraties and Royls Royces that are local to Riverside :) and my girlfriends stepfather has a lamborghini gallardo and they live in Riverside and my nieghbors used to have a Dodge Viper
