It is clearly an event that was known that the cars would be there. It isn't like the cars randomly arrived at this destination. Don't get me wrong the cars are sweet. This is the same as when people take pics at Cars and Coffee. It isn't a show but an event that is pre-determined and not a "true" street spot.
