The driveway rule is dumb anyway. It doesn't matter how many people knew about it. Everyone knew about the Alkon Veyron, the 918, Huayra etc but that doesn't discount them as spots. Word spreads so quickly through social media so almost nothing there was truly stumbled upon. I don't see how this differs from any other driveway spot, as long as it wasn't his neighbor's house or anything (which obviously it's not).
