It depends on the day, on the weekends and evenings the best chance is at St. John’s Town Center by Capital Grille. If you drive down third street at the beach you can normally see something drive by. Overall, spots in Jacksonville are pretty random, but the Town Center and the beach are the best places to go. I would also drive through Ponte Vedra Beach because that’s where wealthier people live.
