Right near rittenhouse square. Yes it's guarded by multiple security guards. Had a connection with the building so we got in easily. I've yet to see a picture of this thing anywhere but in that spot. But it was amazing. The garage had terrible lighting. That is why the pic is bad as well as its taken on my iPhone. It was on sanson around 18th I believe.
