This was likely a company SS for promotional reasons, or a wealthy patron enjoying Concours. There is a picture out there that I have seen before on a Veyron post that features a Veyron parked in Jay Leno's parking spot at NBC. Either he owns one, has friends who let him take the Veyron for a ride, or the dealer let him do an at home test. Granted it wasn't an SS. Leno usually attends Concours, but features his Dusenbergs (or other restored vehicles) normally.

Leno doesn't own an SS, he's not a fan of the Veyron... He has had them featured in his garage but I'm pretty sure hasn't made an actual purchase.
