JimManila: It's easy, first thing you need is a tripod or solid surface to put your camera.

Next thing you need to do is set your shutterspeed slow (id recommend 4sec-30sec) and take the picture. (and make sure the camera doesn't move)

Oh and the most important part of a night shot is that its at night time.
