A nice looking Silver Shadow, either 1971, '72 or '73. The b&w photo keeps us from appreciating the color. The only issue is that the entwined R-R badges should not be on the rear quarters. Those were only placed there when the car had an 'Everflex' covered roof. But it appears to be correctly "fine lined", the blackwall tires give it a great look.

I'm not sure about the best in TX, but I do know Houston has some really nice cars. So it is either Dallas or Houston. The only bad thing about spotting in Dallas is that it is very spread out and we have multiple small/medium sized wealthy ares. Not just one or two really big areas.
