Hard to tell in a photo like this, but this would appear to be not a Silver Seraph saloon, but the far more rare Park Ward saloon (the long wheelbase version of the Silver Seraph). Also note the heraldic shield mounted at the front of the roof, above the windscreen. In most cases denoting a car in the service of a member of the Royal family.
