The house may be deceiving. In Ft. Lauderdale, just like most parts of South Florida (including Naples) the home may look modest. My guess is that it could be waterfront based on the lot size and how small the street front is. That means this could be a few million dollar home easy. Needless to say, the Porsche looks hot........
