If you have the means, anyone can walk into a Porsche dealer and order a 918, I don't believe they are sold out yet, but they are only building 918 of them. They aren't like Ferrari, where you have to own 6 of their cars before they'll consider letting you maybe be lucky enough to purchase their latest hypercar...
