I agree. I'd happily spent $200k on a Turbo S

I rarely see any regular GTs. Most of them are RSs

I've never seen a GT2 RS in person. I've seen one GT2 on the roads, but it kept driving by in the opposite direction and I never could get pics : (

There are at least two RS's Charlotte. Saw one leaving C&C, and I know there's another one in South Charlotte. Several GT3's as well. Hopefully when I'm there this weekend I'll see some exotics!

I liked that generation the best. I've only seen one on the roads though, and couldn't get any pics. That thing was like a race car for the street!

Absolute performance is irrelevant unless you race competitively. All the new Porsche's (991 Turbo and up) are automated machines. There isn't any real connection like there is with the 997 GT3 RS, with it's six speed manual and wail-tastic engine. The GT3 is more of a track-focused car, by the way, but the new ones are automatics, so the performance is probably pretty much equal.
