The spoiler is different, but it is just a subtle difference, if you take a look at the "winglets" on both sides of the spoiler, they are different shapes. Take a look for your self.

It is not a 4.0, first it doesn't have the right wing, and second it doesn't have the right front bumper to be a 4.0.
