2) I don't think it really matters to the Arabs whether there are roads to enjoy their supercars on, I mean, just look at the whole London situation. It seems to me that they just drive the cars around to show off and attract the ladies. If they do want to go speeding though, there are always race tracks, like the F1 track in Shanghai.

4) There are high chances of idiots not knowing how to drive crashing into everyone everywhere... In fact I dare to say there is a higher chance of some idiot not knowing how to drive crashing into you in America than in China, with them having 16 year old drivers out loose on the roads!
