    This is a mid-70s Matra-Simca Bagheera S I spotted parked near the Colloseum while working in Rome earlier this year. This model was created by French group Matra and automaker Simca. I don't know if this qualifies as an exotic for the purposes of this site, but it's the only one I've ever seen and I thought it was kind of cool.
