Sorry but that is a kit car. Look at the plate. It says the car is an F plate which would mean it is from 1989 but the 250 GTO is from the early sixties and it is illegal in the uk to put a number plate on a car that implies it is newer than it actually is. Also a real GTO is not as low or wide as this is.

Not to be a downer, but there are some very convincing kit car versions of this available. Either way it looks cool.
