Now thats cool. here in ny your supposed to put one on but my dad bought his Range Rover when we lived in pittsburgh and when we moved here he refused to put it on the front. He never put one on his M6 either. Refused to do it. And only ordered one plate for it.

I don't know about "ruins" the car. But it does suck that by law we need to have front plates on our cars in Ontario. I had numerous tickets in my 355 for not having my plate on. I ended up putting a motorized plate bracket on it so that it could be tucked underneath. I would keep it out of site until I was pulled over. It worked really well.
