The Reventon was designed to be a pure concept, and it was created to give viewers an idea of what the Murcielago successor could look like. Demand for it was so big, they made a 35-car production run of a production Reventon. To show that Lamborghini was going to make this just a show car, "Reventon" means "Blowout" in Italian.

The Reventon, like the Murc and the Gallardo (idk about Aventador) has a lift system that allows the car to lift a couple of inches. The owner was using it while driving around and that's why this car looks taller than it normally does.

@zonka-81: Too tall and too skinny? The Reventon is slightly lower and wider than the Aventador.
